What is CrossFit

It is a fitness program where you perform functional movements, constantly varied, at high intensity.

It is a system created to prepare people for any eventuality, from the simplest actions we perform daily to the most complex athletic gestures, to train them to the expected and the unexpected.

All side effects such as improved body composition, increased levels of strength, increased cardiovascular capacity, are a pleasant consequence of CrossFit practice.

To achieve these results, CrossFit mixes, constantly varying, three large areas of fitness: free-body gymnastics, weightlifting with Olympic lifts and cardiovascular conditioning.

All done strictly in groups and with the ability to adapt each exercise to the level of each person, always trained and followed by qualified coaches.
